We actually just got this piece back from testing. We gave this to somebody that we know well to test it for us. He was down on his luck and needed help finding a place to live, so we lent it out to him for the purpose of testing. Now, we aren't guaranteeing that all results are the same, but he used the piece exactly as we instructed him to do and within 6 months he had enough money to buy a house, IN FULL, buy a decent car, and furnish his entire house. Now, this piece didn't exactly make him a millionaire, but he only had it for six weeks.
Here's the thing. This piece was originally made for a New York City socialite's daughter.
