This piece is a very simple piece. It holds a Warlock in it whose name is Ballestaire. He is an anciet warlock who took human form during the Spanish Inquisition to free brethren from his coven from burning at the stake. However, he eventually burned for witchcraft himself, so he is now in spirit form. When you wear this piece you will gain a direct connection to the Warlock. He is able to cast any type of spell that you want-- white or dark. All you have to do is meditate with the piece to form the connection and the telepathically convey what it is you want him to cast for you. Ease peasey.
