This piece was made using magic from a source of metaphysical magic called the Fairy Scrolls. These scrolls were written by the elven race when fairies still live on Earth, prior to the human takeover of the world. In fact, this scroll was the law of magic. As such, this piece allows you to summon any kind of fairy that you need. This doesn't mean only pixie fairies like everyone imagines when you say the word fairy.
