We haven't had a good companion vampire piece for a while, so here it is. This piece summons forth a spirit form vampire. His name is Carlo and he is about 700 years old. He is a well-practiced and has a lot to offer in the way of sanguine magic that he will share with you.
When you wear this piece Carlo will come to you and will place his "Bite" upon your soul, marking his territory. He will come to you in spirit form and will be your companion. He has the ability of astral sex if that is a route you wish to go. From what I hear, he is good at what he does.
