This dish was empowered by a Pai de santo which is a priest in the voodoo religion called Candomble. This is a very popular yet underground Brazilian religion.
To empower this fish he used a deity of thunder and lightening, deity of fortune, deity of power and possession. None of these things are bad even if you think they are. The possession one doesn’t mean you get possessed, it means having material things, gains. Fortune means just that and thunder and lightning is power and protection. All bring energy and it’s energy that gives the dish charge. The items in the dish don’t come with it. This is showing you how big it is. You can charge anything in it and it will empower the items with all of the above.
To use you only need to place the items inside the dish for about an hour. This is vintage and made of glass.
