There isn’t much to say about this piece. It’s 10k gold and I’m pretty sure the Diamonds and Sapphires are real. I do not have a gem tester so buy knowing it’s gold but not sure on the stones.

I have had this piece for years. I’m looking into it and trying to figure it out, finally I did. This piece scrambles the dimensions to rearrange what normally would be your destiny.
If the size doesn’t fit you this can be worn on a chain with the same results.
