Library of the Moscow Tsars

Although many people have tried, none have succeeded in finding the Library of the Moscow Tsars.  This library once contained a sprawling collection of works that were written in Greek and many other world languages.  However, it believed tht Ivan the Terrible managed to hide the texts and conceal their whereabouts from the entire world.

This piece contains a spark of psychic magic that connects you to the library.  All of these works, their knowledge and their magic was uploaded to a stone called the Librarian's Stone.  It's watched after by a secret society put in place by Ivan to guard the magic from falling into the hands of just anybody.  Using this piece gives you access to the Librarian Stone.  This is not the only piece like this but it is the only one we have.
