If you thought that the Bundy movement was over, you'd be dead wrong. I know that Ted and a lot of his "top-tier" cult followers have passed away, but that doesn't necessarily mean that his work goes undone. In fact, that's not what means at all. What it means is that his work has moved to a more covert type of operation that nobody at all knows about.
In fact, we only know about it because we were contacted by a whistleblower who is part of a clandestine group of people who follow Ted Bundy's beliefs, which are actually rather bizarre. The strange part is that what he believed wasn't exactly false. For instance, when he ate his victims he did so because he wanted them to possess his body. He wanted them to become part of who he was, so they could live together eternally.
Throughout years this flesh-eating process has been instituted in many organized "religions" if that's what you want to call them. In South American cannibalism was very prevalent. To this day there are places and islands that people won't even go due to the fact that the tribes that still exist will kill you and eat you. It is a means of satiating hunger to be honest, but that's not it. The ancient performed flesh-eating rituals that allowed them to absorb and maintain the powers of their captured enemies from other tribes. They roast their skin on a spit and eat it, thereby ingesting their characteristics and powers.
This is essentially the process that was undertaken by Ted Bundy. It's not exactly apparent whether it was the same process and the same magic or if it was something else entirely. However, he didn't do it to absorb the others' characteristics per se, he did it just to absorb their soul energy so that he could use it to create his own magic. This is what the cult that still follows his old ways do. They have ceremonies during which they eat human flesh to absorb the soul powers of the departed, which they then use to make powers.
This piece is much milder. It was created by the cult to do sort of the same thing, except that you don't have to eat people. What you will do instead is stare at them. Your eyes will become portals that will absorb energies from their body. You will not kill them, because the body will naturally regenerate that energy from the cosmic waves that enter the Earth's atmosphere.
The energy will be transferred from their body to your body to the ring. Then, you will be able to meditate with this piece and communicate the type of power or ability you want to manifest. This will take an amount of time depending on what you want to be done with the energy. And you don't have to stare at the people long, either. Maybe a total of 30 seconds. And it doesn't have to be the same menacing glare unless you want it to be to add intensity for your own sake. It's up to you, but you can simply stare at a person for 10 seconds three times and that will be sufficient. Or two times for 15 seconds. Either way, you will receive the energy and you will be able to manifest the magic that you want.
Now, obviously the stronger magic or power you want the more energy you're going to need. So, you may want energies from multiple people or more from the same person. It just depends on your preference. Once you start using the piece you will see what I mean. You will get a feel for the energy and you will become an expert at creating your own magic from this soul energy.
