En-light-ened Buddhas, and I Cannot Lie...
All my white lighters can't deny. When they get a chance to get their hands on an item that will take them into complete nirvana... they jump on it.
This piece holds the spiritual guardian to the gates of Samsara. Samsara is a networks of Heavens that buddhist monks go to after this life. There are several heavens they can be reborn into, according to their accumulation of good karma. However, the heaven-send is not eternal, as eventually they must be reincarnated into the human realm as an animal, human, or some other being.
Since the minor heavens are only a temporary part of samsara, the ultimate objective is to reach Nirvana. Nirvana is a heightened state of rebirth and enlightenment . When in Nirvana, you have broken the endless chains of lifecycle. It means that all parts of yourself are aligned, your awareness is at an all time high, and that you know your place as part of the whole. With Nirvana comes a connections into the "whole" which is the presence of everything. This includes the presence of magic-- not just one or two magics-- but all magics, because magic is part of everything. Everything is part of everything!!
If this were a heavenly host, I'd be calling it a guardian angel, but since it's not, think of it as the Buddhist equivalent to a guardian angel. It is the Guardian of the Gates of Samsara. He will come to you and lead you down the path of enlightenment to Nirvana, where you will receive the origins and sources of magic that will allow you to do virutally anything you want to do, magically speaking of course.
