Eltanin's antenna was found under the Atlantic Ocean some time in the 60's. Since that tme one was spotted on Saturn. These are the exact same with 12 spokes that come out of it, This is an alien technology and what it is used for is to send technology and communication between the 12 planets. These 12 planets in our solar system,yes I DO count Pluto!, are all aliens that do get along with each other. But this is not about aliens.
