First and foremost this piece is pure ivory with 14k gold. You don't have to worry about whether or not it is pre-ban because the ivory is not elephant ivory. Instead, it is unicorn ivory. The unicorn was not harmed in the making of this ring because it is a special kind of Heavenly unicorn that sheds the tip of his alicorn every three months for the purpose of the creation of what we call Abortion Rings.
First and foremost, I will tell you that the unicorn lives in the sphinx. In between the sphinxes paws are the oracle mirrors. The mirrors travel throughout time and only actually appear in the sphinx's paw every three months. When it does a portal is opened and Heavenly creatures that have been stored in the Sphinx by God. Every third month they are allowed to leave and roam the Earth. They include many types of entities and the unicorn is one of them.
The unicorn has an angelic keeper that visits the Earth every three months when the unicorn is allowed to roam. At this point, the unicorn sheds the tip of his ivory alicorn. This tip is then taken by the angelic being that can morph from physical to spiritual at will back to Heaven. Once in Heaven, the angelic form uses this tip to create the Abortion Ring.
The alicorn of this unicorn is not only ivory but is intertwined with divine gold, which is the same gold that has been used to pave the streets in Heaven. This gold creates a divine, metaphysical spark that brings forth hidden magical and innate abilities, which is why these rings are especially powerful.
Once the ring is created the angelic form takes these rings to a special Heaven that has been created by God for aborted babies. The reason he has created this Heaven is because all lives matter. As such, this includes the life that he has placed inside of human wombs. Whether or not they are wanted by their parents doesn't mean they are wanted by God. In this realm, they are allowed to grow into full-term spiritual entities.
In their realm, called Infantia, they are given innate powers. The ring, created from the alicorn of this unicorn, is presented to these spiritual forms that still have physical mothers on Earth.
