This is an item that we got from the Underground Auction and we have been testing it ever since. We are not sure how the person who sold this piece to us got it, as little more than instructions for use was given to us. We pretty much figured out the rest through a psychic connection that we gained to the piece through meditation and astral exploration of the energies that are clearly apparent with this item.
Attached to this item is a vampire soul. This vampire soul was originally conjured by a member of the Black Order of the Dragon.
