These are items that we made ourselves. Well, we didn't actually make the items, but we used the items to carry that magic that we found while we were out on an investigation. The investigation came as we received a complaint from one of our customers in rural Ohio. The told us that they had sent their teenage daughter to college and that she come home to visit over the summer. All seemed well until they began hearing clashing sound and banging noises at night. Things in their house began to go missing such a set of silver serving utensils that they bought for show. Loose change and dollars began to go missing after a while too. They figured it was some type of poltergeist that had come home with their daughter and decided to take up permanent residency. This is why they called us to come and check it out.
Instead of a poltergeist haunting the family, we were able to identify exactly what the entity was that was robbing this family. After days of investigation, merely because the creature that turned up doesn't like being seen by anything, much less a human, we were able to determine that the entity that was causing all the mischief was that of a duende. You can think of duende as a Spanish version of a leprechaun, only shaped more like a goblin in appearance. They loiter around a house they feel comfortable in, stealing valuables from the owner and hoarding it. They love treasures.
We eventually caught the little bugger by luring him into a trap with a silver dollar. Upon his capture he was so angry and frightened that he agreed to do anything in exchange for his freedom. There were two negotiations. The first was that he left the house of the family he was terrorizing. Second was he agree to help us make a collection of piece that field his wealth power.
The duende's wealth power consist of what I am going to equate to an esoteric sonar that lead him right to items of wealth, like a GPS would lead a human to Washington D.C. With a little tweaking we were able to enchant each of these items to work in a similar way, in that when you when you wear them you will garner the power of the duende and instead of it pointing you in the direction of other people's valuables, it will guide wealth powers to you. These wealth powers will, in turn, bring you wealth in many different forms and in all facets of your life. As the duende has an insatiable appetite for hoarding wealth, your piece will never stop drawing wealth to you just as long you wear the item!
