During the last days of the Nazi resistance in World War II, many of the leading Nazi psychologists were smuggled out of their country. They were not, however, smuggled out by their own. Rather, they were smuggled out by an American intelligence agency known as the Office of Strategic Services. The role of this office was to do whatever it takes to advance the United States role in world control. This was done at all costs, even if it meant going behind enemy lines to do so. In 1945 Adolf Hitler's top Chief of Intelligence against the Russians was recruited and smuggled out of German. His name was General Reinhard Gehlen. He was taken to Washington where he was put on an assignment with William "Wild Bill" Donovan, director of the OSS, and Allen Dulles, director of the American Intelligence Program, to restructure and centralize American intelligence efforts into one agency-- called the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).
The Agency was put under Allen Dulles leadership, whose power lied directly in his hands. He recruited the likes of the German doctor, Josef Mengele, to assist in a special area of what would soon become known as Project MK-ULTRA. Being as though he had performed medical and brainwashing experiments at Auschwitz, he seemed like the perfect fit. He went by the alias Dr. Green. It wasn't until 1964 that project MK-ULTRA began searching for the perfect truth serum. Dr Green was a very active part of this project, as were the others that I've mentioned above. To make the project a success they knew that it would require people that they called "expendables." These expendables were people that they could allow to go missing that nobody would really care about.
Soon after the induction of the experiment a group of expendables was rounded up. They were used in all sorts of experiments, but ultimately became known as a group of individuals called "Manchurian Candidates." Manchurian Candidates were people whose minds were completely deleted using stimuli and energies that exist in the world around us. These energies were used in such a way and combination that they would blank out the minds of the said Manchurian Candidate. The Candidate would then be reprogrammed with one mission in mind... to assassinate. To assassinate was the only objective of the Manchurian Candidate. Fidel Castro and other communist leaders were the most common targets, but a Manchurian Candidate could be programmed to really do anything that you wanted it to do. Assassination was just the main objective of the time, because it meant that there would be no finger pointing at the American government.
These Manchurian Candidates, however, were used in multiple different scenarios. For instance, the democrats use them to shoot up shopping malls and elementary schools so that way they can pass new gun laws. This will help them gain a better control over their people and the world. They have also been used to carry out "terrorist attacks" and other secret missions such as the assassination of Kennedy all the way to mass mind control during the election of 2012. Why do you think Obama won a second term? All the black people voted for him and those that wouldn't had their minds zapped with an Energy that turned them into Manchurian Candidates who could be controlled to vote any way the assailant wanted them to.
Long story short, these pieces contain the energy that is necessary to create the perfect Manchurian Candidate. You will be able to use this energy to find your target, catch them under a spell of hypnosis, and then blank out their mind. You will then fill the mind of the Candidate with whatever thought forms that you feel like putting in their brain.
