Abe no Seimei is definitely one of the most magical figures in history. He is more or less the Japanese version of the wizard Merlin, save for the fact that his existence can actually be historically proven. I know we offer Merlin pieces, so what I mean is that normal historians all agree that Seimei existed, where the existence of Merlin was only speculated. Either way you look at it, Seimei's magic was nothing to be taken lightly in any way shape or fashion.
Seimei served as the omyodo for six different emperors, which is basically the yin-yang master of the temple. As the court wizard, Seimei oversaw all matters of divination, magic, sorcery, alchemy, and the protection of the Japanese Emperor. This he did with spells and rituals that would banish all evil spirits, illnesses and negative energies. Aside from this, he has a long list of powers and abilities that he used on a daily basis for different purposes. His magic is very powerful and on point.
Seimei inherited his magic from his mother who was a "white fox," which is metaphorical for meaning that she was an angelic life form. With this power, all things white light were given to seimei as far as his scope of magic. As the master of Yin-Yang, he was given the knowledge of all dark magic and powers, as well. This way he could use the two jointly to be able to create and maintain peace and harmony within the Japanese empire. As he was the chief wizard, it was his job to know all the magic that was going on at all times! He did well with this and every time there was a magic he didn't approve of, he held the power to banish it completely. This just gives you an idea of how powerful his magic actually was!
Although he was nearly eternal, Seimei was taken out by a jealous adversary. His rival's name was Ashiya Doman. He was killed when Ashiya Doman secretly copied a text that Seimei began studying under a Chinese master wizard. Doman used this stolen knowledge as a means to beat Seimei in a wizard battle, during which he also managed to kill him. For Ashiya, this is the part where the crap hits the fan. What he didn't know is that Seimei and his teacher share a spiritual bond. Immediately after his death, Seimei's master was aware of what has happened and he took to Japan with a bloody vengeance to resurrect his pupil with a necromancy ritual. This allowed the reborn Seimei to defeat Doman, banish him for hi transgression of power, and reclaim his sacred book.
Here's the thing-- there must've been something about that book. I'm not sure what it is because I've never seen the book with my own two eyes, although from my understanding the book contains the most deeply hidden, ancient magic from the Orient to have ever existed. I'm sure you can guess where I'm going with this, as I haven't made it too difficult to follow along. The pieces that I am offering all contain the resurrection spell that the Chinese master used to bring Seimei back from the dead. You can use this power to resurrect Seimei into your presence. Once you have done this, he will give you all the knowledge of the ancient sorcery and wizardry that he practiced while serving the emperors of Japan. Furthermore, when you use this item, he will share with you the deep rooted magic of the Orient, which is still hidden in that book that he stole back from his adversary. I can honestly say that I don't know the magic from the book in it's entirety. What I do know is that the powers in the book will appear to you as a 3-D hologram, whereby you can pick and choose which powers you want for your own. It is a straight forward power, but very powerful nonetheless-- it's like finding the second Book of Knowledge
