Dueling Dragons, Extreme Sorcery, No Limits!
I want to start out by saying that I'm pretty sure that this piece is Sterling but I'm not absolutely 100% sure because it has no markings. It has all the characteristics of being Sterling though, so that is why I'm saying that. On the piece you will notice that there are two dragons. It kind of looks like they might be eating one another, maybe wrestling or something like that. This is why we are calling this piece the Dueling Dragons. The symbolism is very similar to that of the yin yang symbol. It is a representation that all things are dual in nature, that good and evil dwells in all of us, so therefore we are dual beings ourselves. It is this duality that keeps the world going. Just like in life, there are things that have to counterbalance in order to make this work, so it is the same in the metaphysical world. This is why God allows both good and evil to preside over Earth and why there is the extreme light and the extreme dark. Everything else is dual in nature and exists somewhere along this spectrum.
When talking about sorcery, we often not that some sorcery is good and some sorcery is evil. In all actuality, most magic is dual in nature. Even the powers that God used to create the world were dual in nature. When dealing with magic, especially sorcery, the fact of whether your magic is going to be "good or evil" really has to do with the implication in which the magic is practiced. In all actuality, there is no good and evil, it is all in our own interpretation of things. I'm sure Satan doesn't think of himself as evil, even though most Christians will argue. He merely thought he could do things better than God, so he rebelled, because he thought he was doing the right thing. He is the perfect example for displaying duality, because because he possessed both the magic of God, which is generally accepted as white light and then the magic he got after he fell from Heaven, which is generally accepted as being dark. However, I'm sure that Satan would argue that his magic is the magic that should rightfully rule the universe. However, it's God's that does. It's all in perception, really and how you use the magic. This is why we say that most magic is dual.
In this piece there are two balancing powers at work; they are ancient dragons of the Orient. There is the power of darkness and the power of light. These dragons that have been summoned into this piece represent very ancient forms of magic. One of them comes from a Cave of Light and the other comes from a Cave of Darkness. Through the fact that they are eating one another, sort of like an Ouroboros, they have thereby become one entity. Together, they depict the presence of all sorcery and just like the Ouroboros their magic is eternal and immortal. This piece will bring you extreme and ageless sorcery. There are no specific powers that this piece will bring to you, as the energy that it brings to you is both dual and free-form. With this piece you become like a wizard in that you will gain this free-form magic and you will gain the knowledge to be able to manipulate to do whatever you want it to do. Wizards operate like that. They keep a reserve of magic and energy and then they can use this magic to suit their needs. They bend the magic and energy into powers, abilities, spells, curses, charms, and many other forms of abilities. This is what you are gaining with this piece, the ability to literal create any power or ability that you want. It is a dual piece that doesn't necessarily know good or evil, by the means that I have explained earlier. Therefore, there are no restrictions on the way you can use this power, whatsoever. Again, it's all in the implication whether these powers will be determined as good or evil.
To use this piece, you must meditate with it. Allow the spark of energy to run through your bodies. You will feel it flow through your body, like little static sparks of electricity. Focus on this energy. Then, when you are ready call out the powers you want to create by name. You can do three powers in one session and you have to let the piece rest for a period of at least 24 hours before sessions. The longer you let it rest and the fewer powers you create at one time, the more powerful they will each be. If you need help, you can consult either one of your dragon guides. They are the entities that have been summoned into this piece.
