The year was 1942 an Nikola Tesla had become too old to even attend a dinner banquet that was thrown in honor of the Yugoslavian King.  You would think that a man of his stature, one who developed many of the modern marvels that we all enjoy today would be secure in his old age.  Money was not of a substantial importance for Tesla, though.  His work was more important than anything.  He had somehow managed to allow himself to be cheated out of enough money for his patents that would, by today's standards, be enough to found a multi-million dollar company.  He even refused a modest pension from the Yugoslavian government.  Basically, he died without a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out, so to speak.

It is hardly right to say that because Tesla went without compensation that his work was done in vane.  I've already told you that he did not do what he did for compensation.  He did it because he has always been an inventor at heart.  His accomplishments and contributions to society have always meant more to him than what they were monetarily worth.  Toward the end of his days and the dawning of World War II, Tesla volunteered his time and influence toward activities devoted to international problems.  He lobbied for support of Yugoslavia and the nations in Europe who had turned against them.  For his commitment to his homeland, which in today's world is Croatia, prompted a visit from then King of Yugoslavia, Peter II Karadjordjevic.  According to the King, his meeting with Tesla was very emotional.  He said they discussed many personal things and that Tesla's words were very touching.  Tesla passed away in early 1943, but it wasn't until recently that we discovered what really happened in the meeting between the King and Tesla.

We all know that Tesla was a brilliant man, there is no denying that.  He has partnered with many different governments for many different reasons.  To date, he has been most touted for his work in alternating current, with his most famous invention being the Tesla Coil.  These coils that he built were knowingly used for electrical lighting, phosphorescence aka neon lighting, x-ray generation, high frequency alternating current, electrotherapy, and the transmission of electrical energy without wires.  However, there was another side to Tesla's invention.  We know this simply due to the secrecy with which the government handled the findings and recordings that they found in Tesla's Manhattan apartment after his death.  We know that they have been using what they found there to conduct a series of time and space travel experiment and we have even listed a piece, a long time ago, that was given to use by a connection we have in the Pentagon.  This piece is different, though.

This piece was given to the King by Tesla himself.  It is not by any means a rough sketch of what Tesla intended to do with the writings that the US government is still trying to figure out.  Rather all the powers that Tesla had been working on at the time of his death was placed into this piece, which is a pretty spiffy looking little pocket watch.  I supposed this was his idea of humor, to put the powers of time travel into a watch.  Either way, it suits his purpose.  This piece was given to the King of Yugoslavia to show that there was definitely solidarity and allegiance to his home country.  It holds years of work that Nikola Tesla had been working on up to the very day of his death.  Tesla never stopped working and I'm pretty sure he never really "died" either.  Something tells me that he has managed to achieve immortality, despite the claims that he has been cremated and placed into a museum that was named after him-- but that's for a different time.

We got this piece during an unrelated investigation we were on in Serbia.  It actually had something to do with the uncovering of an ancient text that holds the powers to summon any type of vampire you want, but that it going on a separate listing.  If you are interested, you can shoot me an email. The power this piece holds is the ability to open up the doors of time.  We got this piece while attending an underground meeting of minds, during which secret items are bid on.  This is the piece that was originally, and secretly given to the king, which somehow fell into the hands of the underground.  I'm not complaining, because the powers in this piece are phenomenal.  This piece conjures the magic that was created by Nikola Tesla to time travel. With the watch, you can project your astral form onto the time continuum, whereby you will be able to travel to any point in time that you so desire.  It will allow you to travel back in time or forward in time.  It will let you travel to any time in any other realm that exists parallel to our own, even the present if that is what you choose to do.  There are no restrictions on this piece and the best part is that your physical body will always be grounded, so there is no possibility of even being stuck or lost in time, which is nice, because I know of a few pieces that have been sold by other sellers where some of our customers had some very scary experiences.  Then again, Tesla was one of the smartest men to ever live, so it is only naturally that he would build this safety feature into his work.  By all means, if you find a place that you would rather exist than your present time, you can stay there for as long as you'd like.  Just know that your physical body will be here waiting for you.

To use this piece, use the little tool that is affixed to the chain on which the clock hangs.  Open up the back and begin to turn the gears of the clock.  Give both elements three good twists and then meditate with the piece as your astral form leaves your body and you are propelled onto the time continuum.  Then just envision the place where you wish to end up or just allow your mind to travel through time freely.  It's totally up to you and how you want to use your piece.
