The item you get is a tiny pendant with sterling and amethyst.  You will need to provide the chain.

Have you ever heard of somebody with a head trauma waking up and having abilities that they never knew were possible? It actually happens more than you would imagine. Somebody falls down the steps, bumps their head, and then wakes up able to play the guitar better than Hendrix himself. I mean, most of these people won't end up becoming household names like my guy Jimi, but if they knew how to master what they had happen to them, they could. See the brain is trained to follow the path of least resistance. Like any muscle, it needs to be trained.

What happens with cases of blunt force trauma to the head is this. Our mids are all connected to this thing called the Akashic Record, which is a universal knowledge of being able to do all things-- including magic. When somebody bumps their head, their brain becomes rewired to a separate part of the Akashic Record and they wake up with random abilities, speaking new languages, or not even remembering who they are. This is because while they were in a state of unconsciousness their minds were rewired to different parts of the Akasha and new information was uploaded. Like I said this eventually goes away, but it doesn't have to... not with this piece.

With this piece, you don't have to inflict any bodily damage. Luckily, this piece holds ancient magic that allows you to naturally (and peacefully) connect to the Akashic Record. You will do this during meditation. During meditation, you will meditate upon the new talent you want. This could be something as simple as wanting to be able to sing better or as advanced as wanted to be able to upload magid into your cellular memory. Whatever the case may be, you will have to work with this piece until the upload is done correctly. That's why I said it is like training the brain. You simply wear the piece meditate and repeat. It dates different amounts of time to accomplish different things. For example, it took one tested two months of meditation to be able to cast spells from the Egyptian Book of the Dead versus it took one tester about a week and half to be able to learn how to juggle.
