This a fetish piece that holds the presence of an ancient Assyrian witch. The witch's name is Shamkesh, but you will not need a name because you will not be summoning her. Rather, you will communicate with her via written text. Her presence and her magic are so powerful that not even the tablets that the Akkadians developed for anti-witchcraft could contain her power. When you own this piece she will cast the spells that you ask of her. We are not sure what kind of forceful magic this piece has that the witch bows to your command, but she is subservient and she will cast the thing that you ask of her. This piece works with all three major types of magic-- white, black, and dual. To do so, you will light a candle. By the light of this candle, you will write what you want to be cast. You will then quarter the paper that you have written it on so that the text is on the inside. Then, you will drip a bit of wax on the paper, and press this ring into the wax to create a seal. Then, what you have written will come true.
