This is a supposedly "covert" piece that was created by the US government as a result of PROJECT MONTAUK when they were performing all sorts of unethical experiments on bodies they'd snatch out of the street. They'd also experiment on soldiers, but I don't need to go into all that because the chances are that if you are one of our customers, you already know.
We call this piece Brainscan. The reason why we call it brain scan is because that's literally what the energies in the piece are designed to do. When you wear this piece you simply need to glance in the direction of somebody else and you will be able to read their thoughts. You will be able to invade their mind and get into the deepest and darkest parts of their mind.
If you find information that you like-- such as magical abilities, knowledge, or information-- this piece will then allow you to keep those thoughtforms for yourself, as your own. This piece works not only or mortal bodies, but also on souls and other types of entities such as vampires, werewolves, immortal witches, fairies, djinn, elves, etc.
