This piece holds the spirit of Birdu, who is the Sumerian Messenger God from the Underworld. He will do two things for you. First, he will protect you while you are wearing this piece. The protection is necessary because of the second aspect of this piece. The second thing he will do for you is put you in contact with spirits and entities from-- not only the Underworld-- but from all different planes of existence.
