This piece has been created with the powers of the Sorcerer's stone. It was put through rigorous ceremonies that summoned the presence of the stone into the piece. Obviously the sorcerer's stone cannot be locked down, but after leaving this piece, the piece was left with residual energies from the presence of the stone.
