This piece contains the energies of a portal located off the coast of the Bahamas. It is at this location where there is a defunct road that can be found underwater. It is a section of a road that once wound its way to the ancient Atlantis. As such, you can guess what kind of magic this piece has in it. It is ancient Atlantean magic.
