Johann Weyer was a 16th Century Occultist and Demonologist that undertook the task of creating a grimoire of the many demons of Hell. One by one, he summoned the demons of Hell ordering them to present themselves to him. I"m not sure where he got it, but he had the ability to command demons and they would stand at attention. He literally put the fear of God into them.
Anyway, he summoned the demons and he'd inspect them, drawing out a version of their magic and replicating in its white light form. He created a grimoire with all of his demonic findings that were completely white light, because he created them to be that way. To use this piece you will need to do your research. Each angel has its demon counterpart. It's just that the magic is used for dark instead of light purposes. This piece neutralizes that, so where you find a demon you will also find an angel. In other words, the magic in this piece is completely dual. You will not have to summon any specific entity, rather mentally project what powe or magic you desire to acquire. The light and dark version of that power will present itself to you and you can choose from there.
