Gypsy magic is a strange thing and I have seen it used to accomplish a lot of different things. To be honest with you, this is one of the most unique gypsy items that I've ever seen. I don't mean unique in as the necklace itself is unique. It's pretty to look at, but the entity that is in this piece is very unique. We call it a Gypsy Soul Golem. It is a collection of astral and cosmic matter that has been collected and molded into a mass of energy. Then, Gypsy magic was used to breathe a soul into this mass of energy.
