This piece is infused with the magic of Metatron's One Million Eyes. When Enoch ascended into Heaven he was given an angelic body. On this angelic form was one million eyes. In fact, there was probably more than that, as some accounts say there are millions!! He was given these eyes and called the Watcher. He can see all places in the universe at once. Since the eyes are windows to the soul, he can absorb energies from any spot in the universe that he wants. He can either keep these energies as they are or he can synthesize them into magical abilities. This is how he has become so powerful.
