This piece calls forth one of the original Elder Witches of the Earth. Her name is Nocticula and she is the magic of the moon. I'm not saying that she has knowledge of the moon. I'm not saying she holds the knowledge of the moon. What I'm telling you is that she literally is an embodiment of the magic of the moon. She was born of Diana who is the original Mother Witch and goddess of the Moon. When you own this piece you can call forth Nocticula. She will cast any spell that you want, whether it is white as snow or dark as the night. It doesn't matter to her. all she knows is power and magic. You are in control of how she uses it. You will light a candle and write down the spell you want to cast on a piece of paper by the light of that same candle.
