This piece was created with an original Mesopotamian Incantation Bowl that was found on an investigation in Iraq. Incantation bowls were spelled devices that were used by ancients to protect themselves from evil demons. They'd be placed beneath the threshold and in the courtyards. They held incantations that warded off all evil. It literally captured the evil and returned it to where it came from.
This piece does the same thing, except it does it for your personal body. This is a personal protection piece and must be worn in order to work. You can wear it as a ring, as a pendant on a chain, or in your pocket. You will be surrounded by a bubble of white light that refuses all evil, including demons, spells, and all other malicious entities. This piece also protects your health from infirmities and illness.
