Hermetic magic is some of the most powerful kind, mostly because it can be attributed to Hermes Trismagistus. Also known as Thoth in Egyptian circles, this god held the key to many different forms of hidden esoteric magic. There are may differently sacred teachings that have been sent forth in regards to esoteric magic and helping individuals ascend to enlightenment via discipline. This piece, actually a set of earrings, is so powerful because it draws its magic from something called the caduceus. The Caduceus is the magic staff that Hermes carried with him, from where his magic came from. It was essentially like a lightning rod, but instead of attracting lightning, it attracted pure energetic power.
