This is a white light item that was created by a Russian Sorcerer. In so many words, this sorcerer is actually a soul collector, but not in the sense that he collects the souls and keeps them for himself. There are soul collectors like that, but he is not one of them. He is the type that helps guide the souls to their afterlife. He helps them crossover.
He does collect the residual energies of the souls after they have moved on, but this energy is nothing more than an earmark, stating, "so and so was here." Even so, this energy is enough to create magic, simply because it has the leftover genetic codes for the people who were once in our world. This includes the powers and abilities each of them had embedded in their souls, whether they were acquired, intentional abilities or abilities that were never manifested and they knew nothing about.
This piece is an authentic Russian piece that was created by the sorcerer upon visiting a place called the Beslan School. If you didn't know, the Beslan School is a place that went under siege by a group of terrorists in 2004 and was kept under siege for three days. A total of 334 people were murdered during the event, mosts of them children. After the siege the school building was abandoned and forgotten about, because many couldn't take the constant remind of what had happened.
The soul collector that I just told you about traveled to the school on request of a spirit that appeared to him asking him to set the souls of the children and other souls that existed there free. Originally the souls of the ones who lives came to end abruptly wer trapped there. After a while, the place came sort of a haven of lost souls. All in all, there were over 2,000 souls at the school when the soul collector arrived. He was able to successfully help all but three souls who absolutely refused to believe what had become their fate. You win some, you lose some.
