You may have heard of the Book of Ephesians in the Bible. This piece has nothing to do with that. I just wanted to specify, because they have similar names. That's why the title is the OTHER books of Ephesus. These have nothing to do with religious magic at all. In fact, it is quite the opposite. I'm not saying this piece brings evil or darkness, only that it opens up a compendium of magic that once belonged to an ancient coven of witches called the Witches of Ephesus. They were excessively powerful, especially when it comes to casting spells and the kept a book of all their magic, the knowledge of which they will share with you when you own this piece. They were well-known throughout the land for their spell-casting abilities. There wasn't a spell that they couldn't cast. To be honest, I'm not exactly sure why the ceased to exist in human form. They all simply exist in spirit form now and talking about the exodus from their mortal bodies isn't something they readily talk about. Either way, when you own this piece, their knowledge is at your disposal. When you want something to be cast on your behalf all you have to do is write it down on a piece of paper and light a match. The smoke from the match acts as incense that brings the witches forth and they will read what you have written and will cast the spell for you. Again, there is nothing that they can't cast.
