We call this piece the Vampiric Eye. It is another piece that we got at the Underground Auction. This piece is called the Vampiric Eye because it holds knowledge and energies that allow those who wear to see through the eyes of many different types of vampires. It is often believed that the only kind of vampires that existed were the ones that suck blood out of people's necks. These are also called sanguine vampires, but I have news for you-- the sanguine vampire is only one type of vampire to exist.
Through history there are plenty of examples of the undead. These are entities such as the shroud eater, who would eat their own burial shroud in order to part the veil between the dead and the living and return to life. It includes nightmares that have the ability to control not only the thoughts, but the dreams of others and would prey upon its victims by visiting them in their sleep. The Varkolac, which was a Russian form of vampire who had the ability to reanimate corpses and create families of their of their own. Theres the Bulgarian Grobnik who travels only in shadows cast by the light of the moon, who would feast off the energies of any soul that would dare step in the shadow that it occupied.
The point is that there are many different types of vampires other than the bloodsucking vampires that have been made popular by pop-culture. This piece is called the vampiric eye, because it holds the souls of 120 different types of vampires. You will be able to see through the eyes of each of them and to bring their knowledge and magic to life. You will be given their powers and their abilities. You will be able to see how they exist and even why they exist. You will know their stories and at the end of the day, each time you use this piece, you will become one step closer to knowing the true purpose of the Vampire Manifesto and what it means to actually be part of the undead.
