He was one of the Yuan Dynasty sorcerers that granted magic for the Emperors. He can pretty much grant whatever it is you ask of him. When it comes to this piece, he is used in the capacity of granting white and dark spells. It doesn't matter which you prefer, but you must wear this piece and write down what you want on a piece of paper, either by the light of a white or black candle. White candle equals white magic, black candle equals black magic. Either way, whatever ever you have written will be cast on your behalf.
